Google is much smarter now detecting websites running on SEO hosting. A good PBN is a bunch of websites running using different CMSes and separately managed hosting accounts. These are often below USD 3 / month.

I found this review and its helpful since you have shared your experience with domain hunter gatherer i want tobshare my short story..

I like this tool why? Its because its a first in first out tool. Not like domcop its a database scraper and if you only get their 90+$ plan then you can scrape for expired domains. So which means youll only get expired domains at a smaller plan that is based via their database. Not like domain hunter gatherer its a real live scraping tool from a 70$ plan and which is cheaper than domcop.. I understand what you mean by proxy control.. So yeah you need a reliable proxy to scrape expired domains.. I am spending around 30$ for a private proxy and yes its expensive but i am using it with my other tools as well.. So yeah i love domain hunter gatherer due to its full control capabilities.
